One’s addiction to heels, platforms and wedges sometimes takes its toll on your feet. Bunions, blisters and, worst, a sprained ankle might just become the worse of you. What I learned during Sinulog 2010 was that if you want to hop from one event to another, you have to protect your feet. It is highly unlikely that a woman will start turning her heels into the enemy so if you can’t beat them, wear Scholls!
