For the risk of sounding trite, the third installment of last week’s Glitz party at the Gustavian Wine Lounge, Ayala Center Cebu opened more avenues for Cebu designers to exhibit exemplary talent found in Cebu. Even thought there is no real science to draw a crowd but there definitely was chemistry last Friday.
