During the Creative Cebu week, Tubodfest collided all artists at the Terraces and Cebu X grandiosely splayed Cebu’s furniture business as this year’s IT industry. The current state of recession made it quite a challenge not just to all artists out there but also to businessmen who are geared to make a statement with their wares. That is exactly what the Creative Cebu festival result to: make art recession-proof.

Last February when Cebu capped this month as their love month, Cebu designers’ Jed Sevilla, Salvador Malto, Philip Tampus, Anthony Romoff, Bernardo Flores, Pewee Senining, Yves Camingue, Leonardo Igloria and Dexter Alazas demonstrated romance in couture form.
