And the very much-awaited competition that unfurled Cebu’s teeming talents finally came to an extra fabulous end. The finalist of Cebu Young Designers Competition did not disappoint one bit and in fact, rendered an eye-popping, jaw-dropping finale. Each and every collection was awe-inspiring.
