On February 28, 2010 at 630pm at Parkmall, topnotch designers come together for a rare event here in Cebu. Witness masterpieces by members of the Cebu Fashion Designers Association (CFDA), modeled by top of the line models from MAC. It will be in culmination to the 3-week long exhibit by the designers of the CFDA namely: Edwin Ao, Jun Protacio, Wendell Quisido, Ren Manabat, Marichu Tan, William Manahan and Barbie Alvez.

It is with utmost consideration that the month of February is the month of love, that Parkmall has chosen weddings as their theme. They believe that lovers only reach the truest meaning of being in love when they finally decide to spend the rest of their lives together. And planning the “big” day is no joke at all.

To help couples choose the best for their wedding, Parkmall has created an event to fit their needs. For ten days, since February 7, 2010, CFDA put on display at the mall’s beautifully decorated pond area, their selected designs for each week. As culmination, there will be a fashion show happening at the end of the exhibit, which is on Sunday, the 28th of February.

To bring to life every girl’s dream of becoming her own princess on her wedding day, MAC models will walk the ramp, wearing the different masterpieces of designers. Three segments of designs will be showcased, the Bridesmaid collection, the Destination weddings collection and the Grand Traditional weddings collection. The fashion show is set to provide a variety of choices for brides who may have chosen to veer away from the traditional weddings and have opted fora more colorful and playful ambience for her wedding. It is our aim to be able to help bride hopefuls in their vision of looking their best on their wedding day.
