I can hardly contain my excitement! The country’s top hairstylist Jing Monis will be in Cebu! Jing Monis is a resident hairstylist and co-owner of Propaganda Salon in Greenbelt 1. Ayala Center Cebu will be doing again their annual Pink Dare this month. On its second year, Cebu’s favorite mall will be encouraging shoppers in Cebu to accumulate at least P500 receipts within Oct 1-17 and get a free coupon that will have their hair cut done by Jing Monis or Louis Kee themselves.
