Just saying their name gives you goosebumps. The team behind the Hed Kandi concert last Sinulog weekend is coming back to Cebu to marshal a white congregation of Vuduphiles and Cebu’s A-list crowd. Let us all commemorate 10 years of clubbing glory with BIGFISH Innovation White Party this Saturday at VUDU, Cebu’s party institution.

BIGFISH is the leading dance production company in the Philippines having brought in many world renowned acts to the country in the past decade such as Paul Van Dyk, Carl Cox, Armin Van Buuren and for the first time in Cebu, HedKandi and Peyton as is yet unrivaled by any other dance events management company in the country.

This Bigfish party is a tribute to DJ Tuck “TC” Cheah who started up the hype of Bigfish clubbing in 1999. Dj TC is the Cream Halloween Ball, Hed Kandi and God’s Kitchen. Pixie Daker, along with Activ8 Records’ Moumen “Ricky” Daker now manhandles Bigfish Productions. Clubbing is synonymous to bright lights, Cebu’s stylish people, and musical prodigies we call Bigfish Resident and Chillout Project Master DJ Anton Ramos and Space Malaysia resident DJ Johnboy Lee.

“White represent Purity – Unity – seduction , where we all unite in one color for the night itself , and since its a tribute to TC DJ tuck cheah who started BIGFISH and dreamt of an event company would reach this level of quality production , quality music,” says Ricky Daker. “Hedkandi was the HIT back in January, for this event we just wanted to be an intimate celebration at VUDU bar, where we started our very first gig also years ago in Cebu. But talking about bigger events, I would say, yes, Cebu should expect another Big event coming their way soon. We found passion in dance music in the Cebu crowd.” Well said, Ricky! I couldn’t find the best people to party with but the Cebu vamps.

Anton Ramos, too, is very much excited this Saturday. “Hopefully, VUDU will be crazy! It is definitely the place to be in Cebu this Saturday night.”

Johnboy Lee claimed, “We do the annual White party during M.O.S (Ministry of Sound) instead of asking clubbers to come in Robin Hood costume. My opinion? White is sign of Peace, Unity & Pure… Let’s all unite in White.” Johnboy Lee says he always finds an excuse to be in Cebu and we are just happy to accommodate him. Innovation White Party marks a Bigfish generation that hails 10 years of nonstop dance music which I’m pretty sure even DJ TC is saying “Cheers” six feet down under.
