Thanks to my mom who gave me not so thin lips (not pouty but fat), I do not need collagen but I do love my lipsticks. My makeup kit loves metallic colors lately and when I saw Reese Witherspoon on TV for that Avon 24K Gold series lipstick ad, I    thought I finally saw the lip color that would match my tan when I also got this Fasio silver tube in Chestnut brown at the same time my Avon arrived. War of the metallics, mind you.

THE VERDICT

Avon’s 24k is very lovely and glamorous during your regular Saturday night out but I do not think I can wear it everyday.  There is something about being overdressed all the way, too, you know, and wearing the Avon 24K on special occasions makes  it ever more special. Fasio is just right for those days of shopping at the mall, grocery queuing and coffee stops. You could always pat gloss on it for that added gleam to your lips (which explains the Revlon Super Lustrous Lipgloss in Foiled that I adore so much).
