Cebu designer Cary Santiago is responsible for the heaps of accolades Miss Charo Santos-Concio received during the night of the Oscar’s.
Wearing a cream-colored terno with tulle skirt, ABS CBN’s CEO has been chosen to attend the 81st Academy Awards Night at the Kodak Theater last Feb. 23. This photo of her with Jose Ramon Olives (top) from the PEP site showed her in this Cary Santiago gown with combed back hair that complemented the drop diamond-studded earring and silver clutch. Very regal, Miss Charo.
Cary Santiago is also part of the Fashion Category of Creative City’s Tubodfest 2009 at the Terraces. Keep posted for that feature.
