Miss Cebu 2009 Runner Up Rizzini Gomez on Cary Santiago

Miss Mandaue and University of Cebu (UC) Nursing Student Rizizini Gomez took home the 1st Runner Up title and gave way to Kris Janson who won the Miss Cebu 2009 crown. Her dress on the other hand could pass for that Miss Cebu 2009 title.
Photo (above) was during the Coronation Night last Thursday, Jan. 14. Photo (below) is taken by JR Lao at the Abellana Sports Complex last Sunday during the Sinulog festivities. Wow, that dress seemed to stand on its own. How Rizzini was able to carry that is totally overwhelming. The off-the-shoulder tulle neckline with a décolletage that drops to the stomach accentuates her collarbone. Very lovely.
This year’s pageant was hosted by Celdran and 1999 Miss Cebu Tourism Menchu Antigua.
