Deliciously stylish for one night at Cebu’s newest party dome that is the Cebu International Convention Center at the North Reclamation road takes you to the first HED KANDI Concert in the island this Sinulog weekend. The party brought to you by BIGFISH will start at 9pm people. See poster for details.
