It’s the first week of March, Cebuanos, and to all of the –anos of the Philippines! I see we have visitors from Hawaii, Spain and the US.

We can brrrreathe easy this season with Summer right just about NOW – and spring pieces are freed from restraint. Spells f-r-e-e-d-o-m, eh? We have to use our favorite designers as reference though.

a.       Balance – full skirt equals narrow top, boxy jackets on willowy dresses
b.       STYLE.
c.       Don’t lose WAIST.
d.       Add more – I say, the three As: accessorize, accent and adorn.
