Last Saturday at the Ayala Activity Center, Cebu, international fashion designer Cary Santiago celebrated International Women’s Day this year with his fabric-on-fabric design all lined up on models who can pull it off like the jens.
This jersey dress was featured at the all-jersey collection last Thursday in Shangrila Makati. The material’s elasticity works well on any body type especially Santiago’s designs are all about draping, draping, and draping.
Cary used to work in the Middle East for a couture house that caters to an Arab royalty. Aren’t we all glad he’s back?
